Submitting material to Springbarrel constitutes as your agreement to our clause below: INDEMNIFICATION: Songwriter/ Publisher hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Springbarrel Songwriter Services, LLC (Company) and its staff and/or contractors for any third-party claims which may arise with respect to this Agreement or the Schedule A list of Subject Compositions herewith. |
